The EverPresent System allows a representative to personally greet prospects, deliver videos, files, and links to them, and then track user-specific traffic.

 

First, they record a general or client-specific video introduction which places them in our virtual conference room or any number of customized environments. Then, they send prospects a personalized code or link. When those users come to the site, they'll be greeted by name, shown the intro video, and delivered any number of assets including proposals, PowerPoints with voiceover, or PDFs.

 

The best part of all is that from the moment a user logs in, the business will begin to receive notification of their activities: when they came, how often, what they clicked on or downloaded while on the site. This system not only allows businesses to deliver important information and education to their prospects in a non-threatening environment, but it helps gauge their interest before planning follow-up.
